These white chocolate wafers are perfect for baking since they do not melt. These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal chocolate, making them ideal for cooking. They taste really rich and are great tasting treat to munch on by themselves!

Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the chocolate these will slowly begin to soften at 95 degrees F.

Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for chocolate molds.

Please note, while this is white chocolate, the coloring of the wafers typically have a yellowish hue.

Ingredients

Sugar, fractionated palm kernel oil, non fat milk, milk, whey, partially hydrogenated palm oil, soy lecithin (an emulsifier) and artificial flavor.

Approximately 400 pieces per pound.
