I was soooo excited to see you have mochi! I LOVE mochi! This is absolutely delicious. I've ordered it multiple times and have loved it. Only one time when it was a bit lackluster: the most recent time I ordered it, it was sticky and was clumped together. It seemed like maybe not enough cornstarch was used?Laura, Powell, WY
