The taste was not as good as previous batches and the licorice was all stuck together in one big block. This would normally be okay but when I tried to separate them they just stretched off into little pieces. I called customer service to try and return them because there is a guarantee and they only offered to refund $20 on a $50 purchase or I could pay to ship them back and pay a 20% re-stocking fee. On top of that it was packaged in ugly black bags with no window. Some of these were to be a gift and I would never gift something that looked like this and that I could not see the product inside. Not sure what is happening with nuts.com but this was not a good experience. Also, there used to be more negative reviews about this same product and they seem to have disappeared, which is not okay.
