Malted Milk Powder

Malted milk powder has a naturally sweet and toasty flavor. It is made from an evaporated mixture of wheat flour, malted barley, and whole milk. Malted milk powder is most commonly used to make ice cream malts and the sweet centers of malted milk balls. It can also be mixed into the batters of cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and frosting for a signature malted flavor.
For a 14 ounce shake, use 1 teaspoon of malted milk powder.
