Dried organic Turkish figs are sun dried and a delectable treat. Their sweet, mellow flavor makes dried Turkish figs a favorite for snacking and appeals to a wide variety of cuisines. Naturally rich in sugar, figs have one of the highest natural sugar contents of any fruit, and as a result, a delicate white coating may occasionally form on the surface. This natural sugaring is most common in the sweetest figs and is a hallmark of quality, not spoilage-the fruit remains perfectly safe to eat and enjoy. They are also an excellent source of dietary fiber, antioxidants, and other nutrients. Our Turkish figs are certified organic by CCOF.
Health Benefits of Organic Turkish Figs
