Fava Beans (Giant)

Our giant, raw fava beans are anything but ordinary. Known as the “dark horse” of the bean world, these Peruvian fava beans are tragically under-enjoyed! Boiled, fava beans taste great tossed with salt and olive oil and served alongside rich meats. Fry fava beans with garlic, butter and black pepper to enjoy them traditional-style. Fabulous favas are healthy, too. They provide selenium, potassium, iron and vitamin K.
