Note: DETAILED RECIPE FOLLOWS! Have been enjoying this mix for years! A quality product with very good nutrition IMO. As others have said, the recipe should be more clearly stated and on the product itself, too. We, also have found it needs proportionately more mix -- at least when baking, which is our preference. Here's our tried-and-true EASY BAKED FALAFEL RECIPE: Mix 1 1/3 cup mix, 6 T olive oil, and 1 cup water in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight. Next day: right after removing from refrigerator, use a mini ice cream scoop to make the patties, flattening the mixture to the top of the scoop (or just form 1 inch patties). Eject each patty onto a small roasting pan lined with non-stick aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp. Enjoy on top of a salad (a balsamic or tahini dressing works well), or in pita that are also stuffed with salad greens + sliced mini tomatoes, a cucumber/onion salad, or tabbouleh. Or serve a few as an appetizer with a drizzle of tahini sauce. Lots of flavor, easy, and as good or better than we've had anywhere!

Best falafel mix out there. I have had my fair share of falafels. Freshly made from pros and this mix blows all others out of the water. Note- our household can be a little sensitive to any sort of spice. So I bought some chickpea flour from here and added half a cup per cup of falafel mix. Turned out great still. Added fresh parsley and cilantro. If you like the full blown spice this stuff is great untouched. So happy to have tried this.

I use this mix frequently. We add additional spice to mix because we like a stronger flavor profile. It took multiple meals to adapt the mix consistency, size, and cook temperature for our preferences. No dry falafels here! I do wish the instructions came with the mix instead on the website product information. Such a confusing choice to sell a mix without the base instructions.
