Make your own falafel at home. Falafel is a wonderful appetizer served hot or at room temperature. It also makes a delicious vegetarian meal. Directions: Mix 1 cup of water and 1 cup of dry mix in a bowl and let stand for 30 minutes. Mold into patties (about 1 inch wide) and deep fry in hot oil or bake until crisp and golden.
