All natural organic gluten-free rolled oats are perfect for oatmeal or baking. These are manufactured by dehulling plump organic grown oats and stabilizing the oat enzymes through a steam process. The stabilized groat goes into a roller mill where it is flattened. It is then air dried and cooled.
Organic Rolled Oats are completely natural.
How to Cook Rolled Oats
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats, 2 cups water, 1/4 tsp salt.
Stove Top Instructions: To cook, bring water and salt to a boil. Add rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook 10-15 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Serves two people.
Rolled Oats Storage
Store uncooked oats in sealed plastic or glass containers in a cool, dry, dark cabinet. Oats will keep for 1 year if stored properly.

Note that oats are already gluten free... these oats cost more because they are made in a GF facility, not because there is anything different about the oats themselves. So if you're extremely sensitive to gluten, it's worth paying more. But if you're like me and just trying to avoid gluten casually, don't pay more for "special" oats.Miranda, Atlanta, GA
I love it! We eat oatmeal several times a week cooks up nicely!Maggy, Collegeville, PA
The bigger bag is a better buy. I eat GF and these rolled oats are great. I Don't like steel cut oats. I add my own spices like cinnamon, the organic raisins, chia seeds, flaxseed, almond milk etc.. Great bowl of oatmeal.McCreary, RIMFOREST, CA
