These quinoa puffs are among the most useful items in my pantry. They can be sprinkled on salads or cereal (or just about anything), and I use them often instead of flour to thicken soups. Although I haven't tried adding them to baked goods, I imagine that they would work there, too, for some added texture. They can also be seasoned and eaten without accompaniment.
