How to Cook Thai Jasmine Rice
To cook, in a medium saucepan with a lid, combine 1 cup of rice, 1 ½ cups of water, and ½ teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil. Stir once, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 18 minutes.
