These golden flax seeds are packed with vitamins and minerals and are particularly high in omega-3 fatty acids. To get the most health benefits out of the flax seeds we recommend grinding them.
These are Non-GMO.
Store flax seed in an airtight container that does not permit light to pass through the container. Store in a cool, dark, dry location away from heat. Flax seed will last several months if properly stored.

I was just told I have Diabetes, that being said my cooking and baking had to change. I got a recipe for healthy bars. It called for Flax. I have never used Flax so I ordered some from Nuts.com.
