You know, this is a dice of coconut. I just eat it as is, but I imagine melting good chocolate and adding chopped roasted almonds and this coconut dice then spooning out on a cookie sheet you've come close to Almond Joy heaven. Maybe giving a quick chop on the coconut would be a good thing.
