These dried lemons are crunchy and tart. Yum. They will soften up when they get moist, but still yum. I can see how they might get crushed, but mine came in mostly complete slices as shown in the images.

These are totally dried out and are great to add a pop of tart to tea, water, Seltzer, etc. These do have seeds!
