I bought this for my egg bread with raisins and walnut. It adds a nice extra flavor. My bread machine instructions say use a half cup of dried fruit for a 2 lb loaf, but I add about two cups and it works just fine. I also like to add some peel to my oatmeal along with raisens, walnuts and your caraway seed.

These worked fabulously in some orange cookies i made! the orange peels were moist and sweet and tasty, i think ill try getting more glazed fruits from nuts to try in my baking :)
