Loved these. Never remember eating a Brazil nut before, but I read that these were good for lowering cholesterol and helping my thyroid. The dark chocolate is just a little treat. I allow myself to eat one per night to give me nutrition and a sweet treat before bed. I could eat a huge handful of these enormous chocolate covered babies every day, but I don't think my doctor would advise that. So, for now, I will just need to look forward to my nightly treat.

I don’t like the taste of Brazil nuts so with the chocolate, it makes a world of difference. I eat them for nutrition, selium and zinc. I eat one to two a day.
