I suppose variety is everything. Being a Trader Joe "NUT" buyer, I get used to something and then have to adjust. Having bought the JUMBO Cashews from you, the texture was slightly softer than my slightly crunchier TD Cashews (also raw). TJ was a little bit sweeter as well. But again the varieties might dictate that. But I am now well into the bag of jumbos from you...and as with TJ's, I am eating far too many per sitting!
