Although we have not sampled the chestnut flour we anticipate that it will be fantastic. So happy to find a gluten-free flour. Assuming that the flour can be used in the same way wheat flour can be used, I plan to make pancakes asap! Any chestnut flour recipes you'd care to share? Congratulation on your family business.
