We select the largest hazelnuts from Oregon and then roast them to delicious perfection. Our unsalted roasted hazelnuts (no shell) are roasted right in-house so that they’re unbelievably fresh when they get to you. These filberts are a great source of protein, fiber and vitamins.

So good. As a kid, I always hated filberts in those nasty canned mixed nuts b/c they seemed rancid. But these -- perfectly roasted and delicious. So happy that they don't have salt, too! Sadly, my spouse tasted some and now he's hooked too.
