Over the years only one 5lb bag had stale nuts. Usually fresh products. I put them on my morning cereal along with fresh berries and a banana. Customer service has been great and helped with a misdelivery that was my error.

Love everything except the package should come in 16 oz. regardless of the type of nut or come in both an 8 oz or 16 oz size. I do not like the odd size bags!
