Chocolate haystacks are a generations-old American treat that can be made with a variety of ingredients from oats to nuts to fried noodles. Our chocolate and caramel coconut haystacks are made with flaked coconut and are pleasantly chewy and satisfying sweet treat. Not quite a cookie, not entirely a candy, haystacks are a delicious in-between delight.

They certainly do taste good but they're not at all what I was expecting. They're NOT coconut clusters that are made with milk chocolate and toasted coconut flakes. Instead, they're chewy coconut flakes mixed with what seems like fudge consistency.

The taste is delicious with the mix of caramel or chocolate depending on which one you choose with coconut!. These are definitely on the sweet side. They are soft when you bite into them. Very satisfying!
