I like these a lot, particularly the texture. It's a firm bite without being too hard, and they have sort of a flaky, layered crunch. I bit into one in slow motion and counted 6-8 distinct, tender, little crunches. The flavor is a good but is a pretty standard pretzel flavor. Unlike many of the reviewers, I found the flavor of butter too lacking to justify calling them "butter braids" and neither are they braided but rather twisted, so I don't get the name at all. Also differing from other reviewers, I found them slightly lacking in saltiness. Still... I rate them at five stars and can't stop eating them.

Half the time the pretzels are burnt. I don’t like burnt pretzels and I don’t know anyone who does. Please please fix this and stop sending me the burnt bags. They are far too expensive to be throwing them in the trash.
