I always bought the dry roasted soybean halves from Nuts.com but can't find them anymore so I bought these. These are good. I would prefer dry roasted which are healthier. Soybeans have a distinct flavor that sometimes seems strong and unappealing to me, which is more so in these roasted and not at all in the dry roasted ones. I really buy soybeans for their health benefits-phytoestrgens, etc. I do enjoy these - great to sprinkle on top of things.
