I order these for my salads, and sometimes I'll snack on them. The difference between these and other packaged sunflower seeds that I've bought is that these are always fresh. Every time I buy from somewhere else (like the grocery store), I regret it. I also think these have the right amount of salt. Sometimes you get sunflower seeds and they're drowning in salt. For me, these are perfect.
