We love this snack. A little salty, perhaps, but we just limit the quantity we eat in one sitting.

I adore corn nuts and have bought them from time to time from this company nuts.com. it's been a few years since I bought them but finally I did again and I ordered two of the 1 lb bags. When we got them we divided them up into little individual snack bags. I just dug into mine. I was waiting for a good time to do it when I had a good bag book to read. It is only been 2 days since they arrived. I grabbed a handful... and was terribly disappointed. I think they must be rancid? There's something wrong with the oil that they fried them in. There is a very stale and bitter taste. I can't eat them! I don't know if they were old when they put them in the bags in the factory? These are only 2 days old and they were just unsealed today. The Taste was really terrible the only way I can describe it is Rancid. Also these are much smaller than the old corn nuts and they seem to be more porous and fluffy somehow as though the oil penetrated them instead of just fried them on the outside. It might have been okay if it was a fresh oil but this tasted just terrible. I'm sorry to say this because normally these have been delicious and I love ordering from nuts.com.

These were a little too salty for my taste - probably because sea salt was used. They are smaller than Corn Nuts, but have good flavor, and excellent crunchiness.
