These macadamias are large and wonderful to eat! Most macadamias that you get in the store are little pieces they look like but these are really macadamia nuts!

I am quite old and eat Macadamia Nuts because they help my digestion better than the constipation drugs my doctor prescribes. Plus, they taste delicious. all the other nuts are for my family; better than candy or cookies. I mix them up in a pretty bowl and keep them on the dining room table, so everybody ( even the great grandkids)can help themself just walking by..

I always stock these when they are available. They are my favourite source ingredient for homemade non dairy cream cheese. I also use them as an alternative to chick peas for homemade hummus.

I'm finding that it's hard to find superior macadamia nuts. Not sure why, but average macadamias often seem to arrive less crispy, and unevenly roasted. These from Nuts.com are most definitely a cut above average, arriving fresh and roasted "just right."
