there's something about roasted nuts in general that make it hard to stop eating them. I'm comparing yours to the Izzie Macs i buy from Kona Rose Coffee. Price is about the same. I'm concluding that their (Izzie Macs) are easier to stop eating after a few because they are dried and not roasted. I use macadamia nuts to quell hunger when i'm not ready for a meal and eating a few works better for me than non-stop munching. Thank you.
