The Organic Cacao Powder is excellent!

Guilt-free cacao nibs. You don't need a lot -- just a little, and it can help satisfy your chocolate cravings if you can't have chocolate. It's not quite like actual chocolate, but it's satisfying.

I roast and grind the nibs and brew in a french press. Add a bit of milk and wow! But don't expect sweet unless you add sugar or honey. Milder than coffee but with a hint of dark chocolate.

With these, all i need is a big spoon!

I love using organic cacao powder in many diverse recipes. I use it in smoothies, raw home made chocolate, fudge balls, raw chocolate brownies, hot chocolate, and even add it to coffee.

These cacao nibs are a healthier alternative than chocolate, plus provide lots of dietary fiber. I mix them into yogurt or assorted nuts to create trail mix.

Put in smoothie and ruined it will save to make hot chocolate.

Before using these in a recipe I was curious of their flavor and popped one in my mouth. It is so wonderful I immediately added it to a mid-day cup of coffee along with the Organic Cacao Nibs. An absolutely wonderful mid day pick me up.

Oh my!!! I have tried Cacao Nibs from a local grocery in the past and wondered why anyone liked them. After trying these I now know.

Love Nuts.com and their products never disappoint. Unfortunately, this item keeps shrinking in bulk orders 20lb-17lb and prices keep moving up. The cacao is fantastic, but i may have to start looking elsewhere

I use them to make dark chocolate without lactose. I love the small rounds as opposed to the bigger chunks. They're easier to melt.

Perfection. This is a repeat order for me. If you're looking for any sweetness at all, this isn't for you. That being said, this is this in taste, texture, and quality. I am using this batch for making chocolate extract. Every single chocolate extra I've bought in the past has a certain yukkiness factor. There's none that comes close to a natural home made extract and Nuts com has the best cacao nibs for even this.
