very good taste

Haven’t tasted them yet. Looking for a recipe to use them to their fullest taste advantage.

I love adding these to my smoothies.

Perfect. Chocolaty, smooth texture, very rich. Works perfectly in chocolate-izing those foods, without the added sugar. Add to plain yogurt, with a touch of sucralose for yummy sugar free chocolate yogurt.

Very happy with the cacao beans. They look just like they do online. Fresh, clean, shelled, whole.

Don't really know what to tell you you about it. It's cacao... you know how it taste? Well it taste just like that. It taste like Cacao.

Once you use this for baking or, as we do, in some of our organic protein mixes, you will taste the difference between the grocery store cocoa powder and this Cacao powder. If you go online and research Cacao vs Cocoa, you will also see that much of the health benefits of Cacao powder are lost in the processing fo Cacao into Cocoa.

I love raw cacao powder to mix into things. This was a nice size package for the money.

A main ingredient of my fat bombs: 150 grams per batch. Helps them keep firm; they don't need to be frozen but still refrigerated to keep from becoming just a thick soup in the warmth of the day. The health benefits of the cacao are major contributor to the healthiness of the fat bomb.

I sprinkle these on the top of my fat bombs for a little more crunch plus the added health benefits from the cacao.

This is an absolutely great product. My son is the "health keeper" around here. He puts this cacao powder in one of our daily protein drinks and it tastes absolutely delicious. Because this is such a pure product, there is every reason to use it in any chocolate recipe you want. Joan

Takes getting used to, but the health benefits are great. Eat in small quantities or add to other foods.

We purchase these often. We don't eat refined sugars and missed the taste of chocolate . These help satisfy.

We miss this Cacao Nibs very much. I took only I lbs with me during these almost 5 months for not being in the US. I tried to use just a little portion for our breakfast. Now that we are back. I don't have to worry about it anymore. I can reorder any time.:-)

I can’t find this locally. I consistently buy this powder through Nuts.com because it is always fresh and delicious - the best I’ve found. I also love the nuttiness of the family and their marketing. Great product, great company.

I love that this cacao is truly raw! I use it in everything from smoothies to hot cocoa to clean-eating baked goods. High quality and so good!

Not what I expected.. a bit bitter for me

I melt this down and use it to polish my polycarbonate moulds, and also will measure and toss some in the tempering machine with chocolate to lower the viscosity.

Crunchy and not too hard, like some I have bought from other places.

I must say at first I tried them by themselves and wasn't much of a fan, but I know they are so good for you. So, I sprinkled them on my salad and what a difference! They add a nice crunch!!! I let the family try them by themselves and they didn't like them and I didn't tell them my new found secret of adding them to the salad so I am being a little selfish Ha Ha!!!

I bought two packs first time (bought one for my daughter) and it is excellent quality. Did my homework on the internet and checked reviews about different companies that sells Cacao Nibs and Nuts.com was highly recommended. All the other companies had reviews to be careful from residue of shells and with Nuts.com the reviews were superb so i decided to try. It was very accurate. Quality is top quality so I bout my third pack which arrived yesterday. Of course I decided to try their dark chocolate covered nuts, orange peel, cherries and a few other items. Again quality of everything is so fresh, packaging is so unique and well thought of. This brand is rocking and I am so impressed.

A bit 'chunky' for one with so few teeth yet their medicinal benefits are worth the wait as they soften and appreciate 'sublingual' access to my bloodstream. Better than cocoa 'bars' and healthier for me to 'nibble' (vs binge?).

This was my first time ever eating raw cacao. I wasn't sure how it would taste. But I like it enough I will be a regular consumer of it. One thing I think should change though is the picture of the nibs. From the picture on the site you expect to get chunks of cacao like the size of nuts, but the nibs are actually much smaller, similar to the size of rice or lentil beans.

I put these in my pumpkin chili. Chocolate, pumpkin, and hot pepper flakes wake up my taste buds.

well packed for shipping. Was still solid on arrival!

Now for my yummy frozen banana and these ships in my blender for a healthy ice cream treat add a bit of water (not a lot) and maple syrup just a bit and get a yummy chocolate shake. Just the best dessert ever.

This was my very first order ever of cacao products and I am very pleased. I see why they are considered a super food. I was hungry so I was going to make a smoothie and my contents were 1 teaspoon of Cacao powder, small amount of wild Maqui Powder good for your eyes, Whey protein powder white 4 teaspoons, Organic Hemp Protein powder, Organic Mushrooms and enzymes and I also added Almond milk unsweetened vanilla and a little of chocolate. After that I needed to put in some frozen blueberries, kale, pomegranate, other berries it is all in a package it was delicious you could not taste the bitterness that I had before. I also had 2 teaspoons of cinnamon could not taste that either. It was delicious very good

I noted on the carob chip review that chocolate is an add back on my diet; still had to try them. Love the deep chocolatey flavor.

We really like this Cacao Nibs (Raw) no sugar added in our breakfast with other nuts and seed in our rolled oat.

I gave them to my mom to make chocolate chip cookies they taste better.

A new food item for me to adjust to. They taste like a cross between chocolate and coffee to me. Looking forward to using in lots of ways.

Great quality!!! When well roasted I can get a better taste than anything Star Bucks can bring forth without chemicals or other additives.
