I just purchased five bags of Brazil nuts I eat four or five a day for the selenium. These nuts are so fresh and delicious.. I really enjoy them

I always loved Brazil nuts. Growing up in the deep south, we always had a nut bowl with an assortment of nuts in the shells. There would be only a few Brazil nuts in the mix, and I would have to hunt for them. But now I buy half a pound of them at a time. So delicious!

I won't say superior,because I have been eating the nut,peanuts( My father grew them yearly/ annually), picked up pecans from my Grandmother's orchard, black walnuts, we got English walnuts each Christmas. Suffice it to say that Nuts have always been apart of my diet. Very good, not superior.:)

Brazilian nuts can be pricey, I found these high quality and affordable. I’m told high in selenium which is great for women’s hair and hair loss. I have 2-3 Brazilian nuts a day to my healthy and healthy hair and boy are they tasty!
