These Brazil Nuts are great for snacking. Nuts are large, with a great flavor!

Omg delicious!

I had been hearing about the dense nutrient value of Brazil nuts, but they are not easily available in grocery stores and rather tasteless. But this product is the WINNER by far! They are roasted, so they have a nice crunch and are lightly salted which brings out the flavor. Just a few is a very filling snack. They can also be chopped and sprinkled on salad or over fish or vegetables as well. I was happy to read that "Brazil nuts are chock full of antioxidants, including selenium, vitamin E and phenols. They also contain calcium and magnesium, both of which are vital for bone health." So glad I found these. I'll definitely be ordering them on a regular basis and incorporating them into my meal plans.

I buy them because they are very good for my thyroid issues and not just because they taste good. That kind of takes the fun out of it any day of the week. Really can not be completely impartial about the review.

Fresh and crunchy. They also have a subtle sweetness that adds to taste. Great for Selenium, a difficult supplement to find included in most vites. It is hard to only eat a max of 4 which equals the suggested ounce. Eating too many can be toxic. They are unresistable, however a minimum is essential.
