Very fresh tasting!!!

Almost impossible to find where I live and so expensive it's almost not worth buying when they are available. Imagine my EXTREME pleasure to find these here and of COURSE I bought a pound. To further delight me They're so fresh it's like they were cracked yesterday. Honestly, when can you ever say that about other store-bought varieties?

I used to work for a nut and spice competitor and had access to product straight out of the fryers. Your Brazil nuts are spot on in the freshness and crispiness department. I will be buying more.

Unfortunately the nuts were on the verge of turning "bad". I didn't like the taste, so I called customer service. My comment was taken very seriously. I was told to dispose of the nuts, and a replacement of my choosing (equal value) would be sent. No problems. I was taken care of very well, and I will continue ordering from the company and recommending them.
