Wonderful, and not one bad one - try roasting at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes for a much tastier nut that comes right out of shell - works for all shell-in nuts.

My husband was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I read that he could be deficient in selenium, and Brazil nuts are a natural source of selenium. I was never wild about Brazil nuts because they always tasted stale or rancid, but for my husband's health, I bought some. I guess the Brazil nuts I had tried before WERE stale, because these Brazil nuts taste fresh! Thanks, Nuts.com! I haven't tried the other products yet, so I have no comment on them.
