The crystallized ginger quality surpasses any other in my local region for crystallized ginger, and that is exactly why I continue to buy regularly.

SO disappointing! These have been a real favorite and now they are not. Bad batch? SUPER sugarry ginger, very little ginger "punch" flavor, and if they had been like this before I would not have re-ordered. Bummer. PLEASE gop back to your old recipe/supplier!

My wife and I love this. A piece with our meals helps the digestion.

Spicier then most but good

The ginger is quite spicy, and very tasty. It is a bit disappointing that it is not more tender overall. Also, around 10% of the pieces are so tough and stringy as to be inedible.

Moister than what you can usually find in stores. Moderate amount of heat without having the "burn" of some gingers. Wonderful to eat a few right out of the bag.

Love this product. The ginger is extremely spicy in a ginger type way and it's so fresh tasting. I have a few pieces in the morning to start my day and a few in the evening, it helps settle my stomach or freshen my mouth... it's lovely.

This product is really amazing. It quickly settles an upset stomach with just one piece usually. But I also just like to nibble the spicey pieces! Very good tasting.

The best crystallized ginger I have ever come across. I love to drop 3 or 4 pieces in my green tea to add sweetness and the great taste of ginger. After drinking my tea, I eat them.

I use this a lot in baking so it's important that you can actually chop the ginger so I always buy from Nuts.com. They're fresh tasting, spicy and easy to chop!
