This is very good. The ginger is strong, but it is good. Great for digestion. Also, good to use for colds, as in a hot lemon drink.

I LOVE this product. I use 1/2 cup in each batch of ginger molasses cookies I make. People LOVE it when I bring them to Church coffee hour.

This is the 3rd order of crystalized ginger I have received from Nuts.com, and the first two bags of ginger were very good; however, this last bag had several pieces that were tough and fibrous. Had to through several pieces away.

We love your dark chocolate ginger slices. Up until this time we purchased them in individual one pound bags. They were always very fresh-tasting and yummy. This time I thought to try them as a bulk purchase so I bought the 15 pound bag, thinking it would probably be a package of your one lb bags -- of course this was a wrong assumption. What arrived was something I could not fit into our refrigerator. The product is still excellent, but for some reason the ginger slices themselves seemed somewhat stiff as if they were either old or aged. I expect it is my imagination. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT but only a comment. We are intending to repackage them into smaller containers and, over time, I am certain they will continue to be delicious. However, in the future I shall buy this product in smaller quantities and packaged in the one pound bags to which I had become accustomed. Justin Schiller

This ginger is really spicey and delicious. It makes a great lemon Ginger scone.

Great for the tummy

I love all sorts of ginger candies. Good for travel, just before a flight or boat trip. I also like to pop a couple into a cup of hot water for a mid-flight ginger tea. This is a good way to warm up in those chilly A/C'd flights.

I first had chocolate ginger slices at a local sandwich shop. The older lady who owned it made them. After a few year she retired. I never forgot them. I wanted them but could not find them anywhere. By pure luck I stumbled onto them at Nuts.com These are wonderful and I am so glad I can order them anytime I want them.
