Hot and sweet. A little bite is all I need for a burst of flavor!

Very tasty and pungent. However, I prefer the organic Crystallized Ginger much better.

I love these tasty soft pungent treats. I do prefer this organic ginger over the regular crystallized ginger.

A little bit of heaven.... OK, more than just a little bit. My husband, who does NOT like ginger (more for me!) really likes these dark chocolate ginger slices. If I had not told him, he would not have known the item dipped in chocolate was ginger.

Did you change your supplier on this item? I had purchased this once before and liked it, but this batch is much better. I like to sprinkle some on top of home-made blueberry muffins and also fold them into James Beard's gold cake recipe.

I try and wipe off as much of the sugar as I can then pop one of them into my mouth, great.

What can we say? Top quality. Way better than we can buy from the supermarket. A family favorite. A healthy spicy candy that can be eaten as a treat or used in cooking (like bread and butter ginger pickles.)

From a very nice snack to actual medicinal. Your crystallized ginger, makes an excellent tea; also very good in salads. No indigestion with this ginger on hand.

Packaging needs to be better for shipping. UPS showed me that box was falling apart upon delivery and I can see why. The Ginger was intact, bag still sealed and fine. I will reorder again when this ginger is gone.

I use it in a cup of Tea and as a snack. I do wish you could get this without the Sugar coating, for a friend with Diabetes. But for Me, it's ok, and a good Snack. lol

What I love about this crystallized ginger: it is diced small, so it is perfect to sprinkle over salads or into mashed sweet potatoes; cakes and cookies; winter squash...wherever ginger adds its spice and fragrance! (It's also nice to nibble!) :]

If you want the spiciest ginger around, you've come to the right place. I've purchased ginger from a variety of sources and none of it has matched the flavor and potency of what Nuts.com sells. Their ginger is great for making the spicy variety of gingerbread, cake or snap cookies. You'll have a hard time finding a better price, too. In this case, the good price isn't an indicator of poor quality.

I had never had this treat before but love ginger in other forms. I'm glad I went with a larger bag because this is delicious. It has a little heat and a lot of sweet to the bite. I can foresee an autoshipment in my future and I'm not really an "autoshipment" kind of girl. In general, nuts.com is impressive in the presentation, quality, packaging, and delivery of products. I will order again in the future.

My neighbor was complaining of having a stomach virus. And I was running out of my nearly ever-present organic crystallized ginger. What id the bug hit me next! Just received my package and ate one or two. Well, actually, that was the plan, but I have already had about 4 or 5. Always good to be extra cautious! These are the best ginger treats I have had. Generously cut, thick and plump and moist. I keep them refrigerated. Works well. But they don't last that long anyhow. Can't help myself!

I used to carry Tums in my pocket everywhere I went. Started eating crystallized ginger in October 2017. Have tried many brands and Nuts.com is by far the best of any I have tried, will always order from them from now on. Shipping and customer service is awesome! Also I have not gotten indigestion one time since last October, goodbye Tums, organic ginger for life.
