Fabulous flavor

I prefer this to candy. Settles the tummy when upset, but I also use it in baking and sometimes a few slices as dessert. I've chopped it and added it to ginger cookies, on top of gingerbread and in ginger cheesecake. Great flavor!

This ginger is out of this world. A nice peppery bite without being too harsh, just the right amount of sweetener, and the ginger is top quality. Soft and chewy, not at all stringy like some other bulk ginger I've ordered elsewhere in the past. The pieces are consistent in size as well, so it makes for easy portioning without weighing. This is our "go to" healthy candy.

For my healthy ginger snaps, they are diced just the right size.

My only reservation, sulfur dioxide cured. I must be cautious I have an allergy. I should have checked more carefully before ordering. However, I did try a small piece & it is delicious.

Something I've never tried but always heard of. I am an herbalist and for some reason have never tried the crystallized form though I eat ginger almost daily.

You really ought to have a license to buy and sell this, it's that habit-forming! Eat a little too much? Here, have a slice of ginger! Stomach a little off? Ginger to the rescue! Really has a snappy flavor, and it's not too sweet. Love it!
