Crunchy and sweet on the exterior, delightfully soft and spicy interior. Leaves a pleasant burning at the back of my throat for many minutes, and I can feel the heat all the way down to my belly. Marvelously potent stuff; I can see the bag lasting a while. Wonderful product with just two ingredients: organic ginger and organic raw sugar. Love! We will certainly order this again.

Haven't indulged myself in a long while; I love sugared ginger. Yours is spicier (more piquant??) than others - and I'm sure it's going to be habit-forming!

Delicious! I accidentally ordered 2 but that's alright as they are delicious. I ordered Ginger to help with pain. It is a great anti-inflammatory. Coming in the bags that Nuts.com uses makes it sooo much more convenient than getting them in the little wrapped pieces that are so hard to open. And a lot less expensive!

My go to for sea sickness !

Love, love, love the ginger!!! I just found a new way to love it - I place a piece in the bottom of my tea cup when making tea (cinnamon, peppermint, or regular black tea) and the ginger gives the the tea a delightful taste & aroma.

Tastes great. Spicy and sweet. I got this to aid with digestion after each meal. I take a little piece and it seems to work.

The crystallized is wonderful both to use in baking - and a great snack for a sugar/spice fix in the afternoon or evening. I'm on my third package of them. Just on the edge of being a regular monthly customer of the stuff!

I'm assuming they were #1. I can't answer that because they were a gift to my sister who lives 175 miles from me. She sounded exhilarated though! She also loved the crazy box they came in. Last year we ordered a variety of candied fruits and they were absolutely wonderful; fresh tasting, great appearance, and nutritious. Today's shipment of candied ginger was also exceptional and the coming dried papaya we expect to be the same. As a side note, I noticed where the package was shipped from. Sparks, Nevada. I lived in Sparks for many years. It brought back so many beautiful memories. Beautiful, tasty, just enough crystal....not too much...tangy, zippy, refreshing especially during the winter. Love to chop some up and add it to oatmeal.....of which I wasn't able to review since I haven't cooked and tasted it yet. Tomorrow....

I LOVE the fact that you sell them in diced form. I use a lot of crystallized ginger but dislike all the sticky chopping to get it into workable size. Yours are PERFECT and you are also saving my time…which is appreciated! Your company is fun and the quality is very high. Thank you!

These are delicious to just eat anytime but I actually eat them when I travel via car, bus, train, planes, etc. They really do help with motion sickness.

I just keep ordering these, I am absolutely addicted. Yours are so very good. No weird, dark slices in the batch, and they are mainly big slices, and very fresh tasting. I use them in baking, but snitch some just for eating out of hand

The Crystallized Ginger is perfect!

My order was processed and delivered in an amazingly short amount of time. I just tasted the crystallized ginger and it is incredibly good. Tastes so fresh, and the flavor lingers, evolving in your mouth. I bought this for a gingerbread recipe I plan to make for my Christmas dinner, and I will have to make sure that I don't eat it all before then!

Perfect size for baking!

The ginger candies are amazing and we love them dearly... But we have one complaint.. We get a delivery every month and for the last few deliveries we have received a sample snack. It's become a tradition that we all open the box and get excited to see what sample you send us because they are so delicious. Then of course we devour it. We just opened the box and found no treat. Now the whole bar is sad.. Can we get sample snacks again? For the sanity of my staff. Love you guys!! Thanks for the delicious ginger.

Ginger is said to prevent cancer stem cells from starting new cancers. Hope so. This is the best ginger ever. Potent but not overwhelming. Sure makes an upset stomach better in a hurry.
