Smooth & chewy and SPICY. I don't know why people would order it and complain about it being too spicy, that just means it's quality ginger. So happy with it. Love the quantity for the price

I've been ordering this product for over a year and always enjoyed it. But these past 2 purchases, the ginger is definitely different. It's much hotter and spicier than usual and the texture is also a little bit tougher and chewier. Overall, I don't want to stop buying it because I do love the variety of cut pieces and the ginger itself. But please go back to its original way of making this product where it's not so spicy and hot and more enjoyable!!

Best crystallized ginger I've ever had. Great ginger flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. However, there is some variation in the amount of heat from the ginger, with some batches on the edge of being too hot.
