I have been purchasing my cinnamon sticks from the local health food store and did not realize how good cinnamon was until i bought from nuts.com. I have never seen" sticks" so thick and sweet smelling. Really exceptional. Bob D'Amato

What a fun place to shop! I loved the speedy delivery & think I will be raving about the cinnamon sticks. I use them in my tea, hot water or hot toddy. I don't think I have ever seen or smelled such rich cinnamon sticks. I do wish there was a 4" option to use as a stirrer; however I plan to enjoy this batch a bunch!

Opening your box made me feel like a kid again on Christmas morning. I love the ceylon cinnamon sticks and what a huge surprise to see how many come in one pound! Really potent taste! Great in chai seasoning (1 tsp each: organic: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. In a tumble jar, then tumble!)

With the holidays season approaching, this cinnamon is a great bargain for a pound of it. So many recipes require cinnamon sugar, and it's easy to make by mixing two parts sugar and and one part cinnamon together.

I love these. I use them with my turmeric and skullcap herb to make a great tea that helps with the inflammation of my joints. It helps out so much and I know I am getting the kind of cinnamon I need.

like, seriously, a pound of cinnamon is a lot more than you'd expect (even when you expect it). This cinnamon smells amazing and is about three cuts above what you get in the store.

I ordered the 5lbs of cinnamon sticks to use as an added detail to the craft inventory that I produce. I have been in the craft business for over 28 years and have always had a hard time finding nice cinnamon sticks that compliment the fabrics that I use. Half of the time I would throw away or not be able to use the sticks in the pre-packaged bags I would purchase from the local wholesalers. The coloring, the size and the aroma were so nice with the ones I ordered from your company and really added to the quality look I was looking for in my to enhance my inventory.

If you are ordering from anyone else, you are making a big mistake. And yes, this company does read (and take action) on comments. You know I will be making another order when I need to replenish my addiction.

Their price was considerably less then everyone else, but I had never ordered from them and when shopping on the internet, I have always tried to remember that "You get what you pay for," but I decided to take chance and place my order and I am so glad I did!! The product arrived in 3 days with their standard shipping and the quality was very high. When I ordered the cinnamon sticks, I did not know how expensive their internet store was and ever since I received my order, I have spent much time looking at everything else and I have already found more items that I want to order. Ceylon cinnamon sticks have a complex flavor with sugary overtones, but less potent in the monolithic cinnamon taste. They make a complete well rounded flavor for teas as a stand-along ingredient along with ginger and/or lemon. Since the bark in the sticks is thinner, they can be shredded by hand and used in tea bags. The unique full bodied flavor can be detected in very strong ginger teas, hot cider, and I guess mulled wine (have not tried the wine yet). I recommend adding these to your exotic spice arsenal.
