Tried a little of this in my oatmeal for dinner seasoned with some roasted cinnamon, and it was yummie for my tummie. Shucks, hubby even liked it!

Wondering about using this in those same muffins.

Add to my home made bread recipe.

I sprinkle this dry on my regular cereal during summer, great hot in winter

I was hesitant to buy this - but then I thought, why not its just $4. If i hate it ill throw it out. But WOW, this 10 grain cereal is Amazing. I opened the bag and sniffed it.. and it didn't smell good.. (i'm a very picky eater) but i said, what the heck, let's cook it up. I boiled some water & salt, threw in the cereal and cooked up 1/4 cup portion pretty quickly. When it finished I poured it into a bowl and poured a dash of milk and a small bit of sugar. I ate a spoon of it and thought "not bad".. then before i knew it i had scarfed this thing down so fast. It's outstanding. I couldn't let go of the thing. & Then i felt accomplished, bc i got all my grains in today! haha, get it you will not regret it.

A delicious change from the cereal that is available in my neighborhood. Cooks up in minutes. Added only a bit of butter & salt, but will try it with some of the fruits & nuts that I got from Nuts.com in the same order.

I did not think my daughter would like this cereal but now I think I will need a bigger container so I dont' have to order so often.

Not bad---have to cook longer than some cereals to get it so it is not hard to chew!

I placed my order on Sunday and received my package on Monday. Incredible, yes but what was inside was even better!!! My lupini beans were great, only a few throw-aways in a 5lb bag. The spices were more then I expected for the price and were fresh. The 10 grain cereal is delish. And the candy went faster then I expected. Also great tea at a great price. A co-worker of mine gave me some of her fantastic gumbo for lunch. I didn't have any rice but I keep a bag of the 7-Grain Mix at my desk. I microwaved a serving, while heating up the gumbo (we have two microwaves at work) and then poured the gumbo on top of the 7-Grain. It was WONDERFUL and so filling!! I love the 7-Grain Mix!

My new favorite healthy breakfast is hot cooked 7 grain with a tablespoon of almond butter stirred in. It's soooo good!

The 10-grain cereal is the best tasting by far. I eat about one cup of this cereal every morning. Another great hint is to add the large raisins which are another good product of NutsOnLine.
