Best figs like the ones we bought in Istanbul!

These are really yummy. They have a great fig taste. They are plump and moist.

I had to order more. These are soft, chewy, sweet and delicious.

I had figs when I was in Croatia a few months ago. Bought them at a roadside stand. These are very similar.

Just got them. The figs are so soft and delicious. I had to stop at three....very difficult. I have to limit amount because of my diet, but their nutritional value is so great, I can't make them off limits.

Have always eaten the Greek variety of dried figs and while I still like those these Turkish figs have a great taste and texture. Different enough from the Greek variety to let you know you are eating something different but still with the great fig taste.

I am very particular with figs as I have a history of trying various brands and am so impressed with these that they are now the standard for me. Thank you for such outstanding sourcing! I'll be back for more, without a doubt.

I mostly order 30 lbs bulk pkg. This time most of the figs were dark (they taste sour), I like when they are light color. I was little disappointed when I opened the package. I don't know how to guess what quality I will get, I need to think about before I order next time.

not full inside, more skin than full filling, also too sugary/moldish outside

Everything was fine but next time I will order pumpkin seeds with a little salt. The little somethin that you sent along were moist, ft fresh & most delectable, deelish. I will be placing an order. Thanks guys

Mmmmm

I love the taste of the figs, but have a question... The skins are very tough. Is there something I should do to make them softer to eat, or should I just peel them? Never had figs like this before so I don't know. Don't want to mess up the flavor by cooking them (they ARE delicious!) but the skin is rather fibrous and tough to chew! Any suggestions??

These are my favorite California figs! They are so soft and delicious, and never have a sulfur or bitter taste in them. Love the fun notes, and drawings on the packing slip, and even on the box.... makes me smile! Great Company!

They are the best dried figs in the world probably. I've made a lot of fig cookies in my life, but the only kind I was ever able to get were dried packaged on a string. We had to soak them, cut the stems away, and grind them by the hardest. California Figs are succulent and delicious. They are well worth the price.
