I went back in time when I tasted these.

Pretty good as a topping when baking fresh bread, especially rye.

Have always loved these. I bake them in muffins and bread products as well as mixing into our salad dressings!

MY favorite; I think I'm addicted!

Used to eat these years ago and they were soft. This is very hard to bite and chew, however, it has a nice chocolate taste to it. Unfortunately, it cannot be processed in a "softer" venue. Thanks very much but it is quite hard.

Bought milk thistle seed from three other major herbal companies - but they were stale and not fresh. THESE ARE THE MOST POTENT AND MOST FRESH MILK THISTLE SEEDS I HAVE EVER CONSUMED. I have ordered this from you before and my son orders it a lot, too. I love boksur, but this batch seemed a tad stale.

Dill seed has been very difficult for me to find. Haven't used it yet, but it looks good!

Great for my parrots that have liver disease. And they love 'em!

I work at a golf course, and part of my shifts were running beverage cart, which the sun was causing dry,itchy spots on my arms. I read that milk thistle helped relieve this. So I grind to a powder and toss down in a glass of cashew milk every morning. Spots and itch all gone. A great product.

These are the largest and freshest milk thistle seeds I've ever come across. My African Grey parrots just love them and they are very good for birds when fed in moderation.

Oh they smelled so fresh!

I do not care for the feel of these in my mouth; feels like I'm eating sunflower *shells but if I eat just a few at a time it feels beter, tastes good and allows me to get the benefits, then, from the oil inside the seeds. And extract probably would be better but I'm not into wasting healthful food; besides, like I said, a few at a time does well and the flavor is good.

I have only started today and I like the taste, am confident the health benefits are coming, I used a coffee grinder and put them over a salad along with some hemp seed and chia loved it

They are sweet and delicious. I rehydrated them and they reminded me of the wild beans I had eaten years ago in the Middle East.

Milk Thistle is so healthy for all the flock. We prefer to give a sprinkle on top of fresh veggies and fruits instead of fatty seeds.

OMG! I've never eaten thistle seed before, but love it. When I was 7 in Tacoma, WA, all the kids would buy candy bars. Not me. For 5 cents I would buy a package of Planter's peanuts. Thus came my nickname..
