I just got this order so I haven't had a chance to try the flour. I've been trying to find a white ultragrain in our local grocery stores with no luck so I was happy to see it here.

LOVE THIS CRACKER MEAL. WAS VERY UPSET WHEN NABISCO QUIT MAKING IT AND FINALLY FOUND IT ON NUTS.COM. i WAS THRILLED WHEN I FOUND IT AND LOVE IT FOR COOKING, BREADING ETC. ORDERED MORE AND MY FAMILY LOVES IT AS WELL!

Haven't used it yet but like all the rest of the shipment, everything is well packed and fresh appearance. Should save me a lot of time trying to make my own gluten free flour which never turns out right.

Made beautifully light, fluffy cakes! Only thing I found odd was that the flour was packaged in bags that could have held at least 4 pounds of flour, but there were only 2 pounds in it.

Love this! It adds a nice flavor to my baking.

This makes my favorite ever pizza dough. I use it in my normal pizza dough recipe and it results in a dough that's noticeably silkier and much more fun to work with than regular all-purpose or bread flour, and I think the resulting pizza has a better crust as a result. Delicious!

My search for a quality, high protien flour is finally over. Kyrol flour makes the most tender, soft and lofty loaves that I have ever baked. Finally a "strong white bread flour" in the USA. My grandkids are thrilled with how much better thier bakes turn out when we use Kyrol flour.

Like all your products. So far I have found them to be terrific.

Much better than the boxed stuff from the store! I put some fresh blueberries in the mix and they were heavenly.

All 3 boxes were beat up pretty bad by the time they arrived and 2 of 3 were open.

Can't wait to try a batch of cookies with this flour. Gluten has become a problem for my aging system. As I make most of my own meals from scratch, I am looking forward to adding this to my regular recipes.

It's different but the nutritional value speaks for itself.

I am gluten intolerant. I haven't had time to use this yet but all the other products I've ordered have been wonderful. So, I'm expecting this to be as well.

Looks like a good product (haven't used it yet but have a lot of faith in the quality of nuts.com products). Comes in heavy duty resealable bag - a big plus!

I use this one to one in any recipe and the baked items come out great.

I make all my bready (baking term, very technical) :) I use this to make the most tender doughs and it also helps in extending shelf life.

Great for making flat breads and for batters for frying.

Very good quality. Mostly I use it to make pancakes fluffy, but also great to thicken other recipes. Especially great is you accidentally make a recipe which is too soupy - just add it by the teaspoonful until you achieve the desired consistency.

First time buying this product. I plan to buy more as a replacement for standard white flour. (I'm Diabetic and cannot have white flour products).

Added this to my tiger nut flour banana bread! Makes it look so rich and it tastes great.

Love the taste! I was able to add some to a bowl (I never measure) add an egg, some milk & some baking powder & it made the best tasting gluten free pancakes I have ever had!!

Nut.com is my only source for durum whole wheat flour - for my baked bread. Why isn't it sold in the stores? It makes the most delicious bread. By the way, we appreciated the sample of dried apricots you included in my shipment. They were dried just right and I shall order them soon
