Love it, put it in yogurt, cereal and baked goods.

These are always excellent. I soak them and dry them in a dehydrator in order to release the enzyme inhibitors, making them easier to digest. I do this with all of the nuts I eat. These have excellent flavor, and look good, too. I am so glad Nuts.com has them available in organic. It is my understanding that these have vitamin B-17 which helps to prevent cancer cells from growing in our body.

Soft, sweet and tender!!

I have previously ordered the dried Organic Turkish Apricots (twice) and found them to be very moist and flavorful. I have also ordered the dried California Apricots and they were also moist and very flavorful. These Organic Dried California Apricots are just awful. So dried as to be inedible. Tastes and chews like leather. No flavor at all and unless I soak them in something not even able to chew them. Won't order these again.

Just prefer the regular apricots.

I love these apricots. They are moist but not mushy. They taste like apricots. Their texture is consistent with no hard spots, and not chewy. Just right!

I eat dried fruit and apricots in particular often. The last apricots I purchased before ordering from Nuts.com were dry and flavorless. These are not only soft and taste almost like fresh but they also retain a little of the smell of fresh apricots. Absolutly delicious.
