Gorgeous, yummy, large flake, great quality

Reliable

This is one of those impulse purchases for me. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it but it sounded good. I'm finding it very versatile! Really good with yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, on top of apples with peanut butter and amazing on sugar cookies. I'm sure I'll find more uses for it. The flavor is amazing....just like a macaroon and it has a nice crunch.

Coconut i love coconut it's a shame there isn't dark chocolate

It’s perfect to add to my oatmeal!

We love coconut and I use it as an ingredient in Carrot Slaw, which I make in my vita mix. I use two cups of baby carrots and blend on 2, 3, or 4 and then I add a can of pineapple cubes and 1/2 C raisins or currents and pecans, and 1 C Coconut Shreds in the blender with 1/2 t. nutmeg and blend, not long, only 10 seconds or less. I add this mixture to the carrots and then add 2 cups of Brown Cow Vanilla Yogurt and mix. It is enjoyed as snack or part of a main meal. It is sooo good! Enjoy!

These make the best ever macaroons. I substitute organic almond or coconut flour ( available from this site) for wheat flour

Rock hard! Much too hard for snacking. I'm going to try steaming them to soften them a bit or grind them into something I can use in baking.

I like this product for some baked goods, but prefer the size of the coconut chips for most of what I bake. Will buy again for some of my baking.
