The image shown is for the non-organic coconut. The organic coconut is a very short (about 1/4" length) shred. Flavor isn't bad, but it is a very different texture (a bit drier & more crumbly than the non-organic) and results in a different presentation than the non-organic. If flavor is the deciding factor, this is a good product. If the long strands are desired for a nice presentation, go with the non-organic variant.

These have a sq. of coconut in the middle, then surrounded by the chocolate. Yummy w a textured feel.

I use shredded coconut to put in lots of different things (granola, homemade Lara bars, baking etc.), this size bag will last a long time.

Exactly as pictured. Exactly as I expected with texture/flavor. Only reason I'm giving a 4/5 is because they taste too sweet with the added sugar. I think the ones are Trader Joes are a little less sweet and that's how I'd prefer them.

Great for homemade snack mix!

First time trying this. LOVE IT! I toast up half a bag at a time and use it to top my morning yogurt. Great texture as is or toasted. So versatile and good fiber. Equally as good sprinkled on a bowl of fresh seasonal cut up fruit, especially pineapple chunks.
