It would be awesome with Sugar, yah I know, not the point of eating healthy. Good quality product. Also, thank you for the little something extra. (Turkish figs). About the only fig I have ever had was in a cookie. So thanks for expanding my taste buds.

Yummy but tough. Not a snack food unless you like to chew a lot. May be better if soaked first and cooked in a pie or pudding?

Exactly what I wanted. Use the flake coconut to make candy for Christmas. Has great flavor. Only trouble I had was with the delivery. Have signs at the front sliding door in front of steps to deliver packages to the back door and place them on the table there. Had to go looking for it when I received e-mail of being delivered. Package was laying on steps. Other than that great service in ordering, shipping and getting it in time. Will highly recommend this site to my friends and family! Thank you!!

This is a versatile product. I can toss a handful into a pilaf, casserole, or salad. I can also put a handful into a bowl along with some raw walnuts for a quick, healthy snack.

I would like to see lower sugar to get 5 stars. I will eat more with reduce sugar. Maybe reduce it to 18 - 20 grams per serving 1.8oz, instead of 30g. I'm not speaking for everyone here, maybe have an option for reduce sugar bag. More adults eat this type of snack. Thank

These unsweetened coconut chips are so delicious. I eat them by themselves, mix into trail mixes, fruit salads, and also use in my morning oatmeal. I am probably going to use them in my holiday baking as well!

I use these along with your roasted pistachios, pecans, banana chips, and sour dried cherries in my homemade granola. Delicious!

LOL....my son picked this out thinking it was “shreds” of coconut....but will still enjoy it in cereal instead of “out of the bag”!

I give the toasted coconut a 4 star rating because of the added sugar. It would be a very l.ow carb option without the sugar. I ordered the 25 lb size and it was shipped in 1 large bag. I was hoping that it would be divided into maybe 5 lb bags.

I grew up eating fresh coconut, and this is next best for flavor and texture. I know coconut has a lot of minerals, and these shreds are easy to add to breakfast and snacks, a tasty way to get my daily requirements. This batch is slightly yellow, and indication that the temperature has fluctuated a bit in shipping or storage. Flavor is not affected and I don't notice any difference in quality. I would much rather have a little tint than some of the chemicals used to bleach commercially grown and processed coconut.

I love it and I would give it 5 stars because I am a coconut person. My husband didn't :( he just thinks the coconut is too hard for him.

The diced coconut is delicious and not as hard as I thought it might be. Sorry but was surprised to see the high carb count. Guess I over looked the added cane sugar. But delicious. It will be my treat.

Great cocoanut taste. Fun to chew. Makes a good snack. Takes edge of needing something sweet and needing it now without blowing up overall good eating habits. Handy for the desk drawer at work.

First time I had tried these also. Was really good. I have had fresh coconut from the shell and it was good also. Tastes pretty much like the fresh only a lot harder. Was good.
