I love baking with this rich molasses tasting brown sugar. I keep a little clay disc in my brown sugar to keep it nice and fresh.

This is a really nice variety of flavors. A little bite, but also some sweet. My family loves this variety. I bought a bag to take with me as a hostess gift for my daughter on Thanksgiving and the family loved it. I would recommend this mix.
