The VERY BEST Ginger Snap EVER! (Outside of my dear grandmother’s kitchen) Intensely flavored, crisp and crunchy, but not hard like a cookie that’s been overcooked. I joke with friends that I love cookies before they are baked because I prefer cookieDOUGH BECAUSE THE FLAVOR IS MORE INTENSE THAN A COOKIE THAT HAS BEEN BAKED. In the case of the Nuts.com Ginger snap cookie,I make an exception to that statement for they are delicious. I would love to get a hold of their cookie dough. Nuts.com! If you ever decide to sell the ginger snap cookie dough separately, I will sign up for your first batch sold! Thank you for a wonderful product, Cindy
