Organic High Fiber Hot Cereal

Mixed in with the organic rolled oats.wilson, Las Vegas, NV
I normally eat steel cut oats. This has a much finer texture and an almost nutty or toasted taste. Made them in the crockpot and added dried fruit. A very nice breakfast.Paul, Houston, TX
If hot cereal can't fix it, it's broke for keeps.Laurel, Warfordsburg, PA
Straight oats have too many carbs; this cereal gives more fiber to balance those carbs to give one lower net carbs. On top of that, it is delicious. I add my daily dose of ginger and nutmeg, a hand full of berries or a half of an apple, a spoon full of butter, and cook it with raw milk for added protein and usable calcium. If it's a long run day ( 10+ miles) I also add an egg in the cooking process. I can go for 13-15 miles on this and my morning fat bomb without feeling fatigue or hungry!Jo, Huntington Beach, CA
Love the creamy taste!Elsa, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
