Wheat Bran

Prices
Wheat bran is a wicked-awesome source of fiber with a six whole grams of dietary fiber per serving. Wheat bran adds texture, nutrition and a full-bodied taste to bread, muffins, hot cereals and other baked goods. Consuming wheat bran in your diet will help you feel fuller and more satisfied each day.
Wheat Bran vs. Oat Bran
Wheat bran is extremely high in fiber (40% fiber, to be exact) which can make it harder to eat on its own. As a result of its ultra-high fiber content, wheat bran is much drier and granular in taste than oat bran. At 17% fiber, oat bran is a bit easier for the body to digest and has a less dense, dry texture and taste which makes it great to eat as a hot cereal. Wheat bran is ideally consumed mixed in with other cereals such as oatmeal or muesli for added fiber and vitamins.
